GET /v1/places/nearest
Use this endpoint when the product needs a single closest matching place of worship from a latitude and longitude origin.
Parameters
| Parameter | Behavior |
|---|---|
lat | Required latitude in the range -90 to 90. |
lon | Required longitude in the range -180 to 180. |
radiusKm | Optional search radius. Public maximum is 20 km; default is 8 km. |
religion | Optional. Defaults to all. Supported values include christian, muslim, jewish, hindu, buddhist, sikh, shinto and other. |
denomination | Optional ASCII slug used to narrow matching source metadata. |
